You just found out that you are in charge of planning an upcoming event. Where do you start?....With VDP Event Planners

Our event planners will discuss your event with you in order to start the planning process. They will ask questions about the date of the event the expected attendance, location, budget, theme and all the important information about the upcoming event.

We are happy to meet you in person to discuss and will do a site visit when applicable.

Once we have the facts we will do a proposal for the event with suggested items based on your needs. You will review this first proposal and then approve or revise until we get the best options for your event and budget.

We are full service planners so we can take care of it all. We will negotiate with other providers when necessary to get the best deal for you. We have a family of vendors that have worked with us for several years. They will give VDP a discounted price for their services which allows us to handle for you at the regular retail price or discount. This allows you budget friendly pricing but we have invested the time and negotiation to keep you in budget. This is our formula to be able to offer the greatest variety at the best price.

If you are a DIY type person or have a committee to help with the event we are still a good choice to coordinate the event as well as the on site person to make sure all is being accomplished as promised.
